Plymouth Argyle came back from 1-0 down at half time to beat promotion rivals Derby County 2-1 at Home Park and go level on 74 points with League One leaders Sheffield Wednesday. County opened the scoring after as Nathaniel Mendez-Laing beat the offside trap to race through on to David McGoldrick’s spectacular overhead kick pass near the halfway line.

Wales captain and Great Britain international defender Leah Wilkinson has retired from international hockey after winning 204 caps.Burton-on-Trent born Wilkinson, 36, is Wales’ most capped ever sports person, featuring in four Commonwealth games, nine European Championships and winning a bronze medal at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics for Team GB.
