Lock Will Witty comes into the Exeter Chiefs starting XV for the defending champions' Premiership trip to Leicester Tigers today (1500ko) as Sam Skinner has been recalled for international duty with Scotland, who visit Ireland. 

Witty is the sole change up front while Stu Townsend (pictured) gets his first start of the season at scrum-half.

Bristol City and Bristol Rovers have both been drawn at home in the FA Cup third round, which takes place from January 8-11 in the New Year.

Dean Holden's Championship City are set to host League One promotion hopefuls Portsmouth while Paul Tisdale's Rovers - who romped to a 6-0 second round win over National League North Darlington at the Memorial Stadium - are sure to face a sterner test from Premiership strugglers Sheffield United.

Sam Simmonds scored a hat-trick of tries as Exeter Chiefs began their Premiership Rugby title defence in emphatic style with a 33-3 win at Harlequins.

Simmonds got the ball rolling in the first half to put Exeter 7-3 up at the break.
