Plymouth Argyle will host Reading in the EFL Cup second round following a 2-0 first round home win over League Two rivals Leyton Orient.Argyle boss Ryan Lowe said: “I am delighted we are through and it’s another home tie for us to look forward to because I am sure Reading will bring a ot fans and we’ll have a lot of fans here as always. It makes for an entertaining game.”
