Dorset made it back-to-back home wins in the Minor Counties Championship with an innings and 23 runs victory over Herefordshire at Bashley.
Inexperienced Herefordshire were shot out for 128 in their second innings with former Leicestershire off-spinner Jigar Naik taking four for 47 to finish with eight wickets in the match.
