James Short says he is relishing the challenge that awaits him after signing for Exeter Chiefs from Aviva Premiership rivals London Irish.
The 25-year-old winger is the latest top flight player to arrive at Sandy Park following a busy summer of recruitment for Chiefs head coach Rob Baxter.
